ArborQuest lets brands run campaigns made of tasks, and lets participants complete those tasks to earn points, open drops and build a collection. You can start as a guest; creating an account lets you keep what you earn.
Some campaigns set a minimum age, or require specific actions (holding a token, visiting a location, and so on) to take part. You agree to meet whatever a campaign honestly requires before completing its tasks.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure, whether that's a passkey, an email sign-in, or a connected wallet. Let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Running a campaign for a brand means you also hold an organisation account there; you're responsible for what you publish under that organisation.
Cards, pins, tickets, stamps, medals and any other collectible you earn are issued by the brand running that campaign, under the terms that campaign states. ArborQuest provides the platform; it does not itself guarantee the value, redemption or supply of any collectible or reward.
A reward a brand promises for completing a set is that brand's commitment, fulfilled according to what the campaign itself describes.
Swapping, selling or buying collectibles with other users happens within a campaign's own trading floor. You're responsible for the trades you choose to make; ArborQuest facilitates the exchange but is not a party to it.
Don't use trading to manipulate a campaign's rules (for example, faking completion of a task through an artificial trade).
Don't attempt to complete tasks fraudulently, impersonate someone else, abuse the pull/drop mechanics, or interfere with another user's collection or account.
We can suspend or remove access for an account that breaks these terms or a campaign's own stated rules.
If you run a campaign, you're responsible for the accuracy of what it promises, for fulfilling the rewards it describes, and for complying with any law that applies to running that kind of promotion in your market.
ArborQuest reviews a campaign against its own publish checks before it goes live, but that review is not a guarantee that the campaign complies with every law in every place it reaches.
ArborQuest is provided "as is". We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular campaign, drop or trade will behave exactly as expected at every moment.
To the extent the law allows, ArborQuest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss connected to a collectible's value, a campaign's own reward, or a trade between users.
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll change the date below when we do; continuing to use ArborQuest after an update means you accept the revised terms.
